In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

Access to and use of the oyo4d platform is strictly conditional upon the following eligibility requirements being met at all times. By registering or using the platform, you represent and warrant that:

• Age: You are at least 21 years of age. oyo4d operates as a 21+ adults-only platform in accordance with Indonesian consumer protection norms and responsible gaming best practice. Users under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering or wagering.
• Residency: You are a resident of Indonesia or are otherwise legally permitted to access online gambling services in the jurisdiction from which you are connecting to oyo4d.asia.
• Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and are not subject to any court order or other legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.
• Personal Use: You are registering and using the platform solely on your own behalf, for personal entertainment purposes, and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee for any third party.
• One Account: You do not currently hold, and will not attempt to open, more than one registered Account on the oyo4d platform. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You are not currently subject to a voluntary or platform-imposed self-exclusion restriction on the oyo4d platform or any affiliated platform.
• Not a Problem Gambler: You are not aware of any gambling addiction, compulsive gambling disorder, or related mental health condition that would render your participation in wagering activity harmful to your personal welfare.

To access the full range of oyo4d products — including the sportsbook, live casino, slot gacor titles, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, and Domino QQ — you must complete the Account registration process and pass identity verification.

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, registered Indonesian address, valid email address, and a mobile phone number capable of receiving SMS verification codes.
• Username and Password: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. oyo4d will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• KYC Documents: oyo4d may require you to submit one or more of the following identity documents before processing withdrawals or lifting deposit limits: national identity card (KTP), passport, or government-issued driving licence. Address verification may be satisfied by a recent bank statement or utility bill issued within the past three months and showing your registered Indonesian address.
• Account Security: You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you. oyo4d shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where the User failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.
• Account Closure: You may request Account closure at any time by contacting oyo4d support. Any real-money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, subject to successful KYC completion. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

All financial transactions on oyo4d are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). oyo4d does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which oyo4d bears no responsibility.

The following payment methods are currently supported. Processing times are provided as guidelines and may vary during peak periods, Indonesian public holidays including Idul Fitri and Ramadhan, or where additional verification is required.

• Source of Funds: All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. oyo4d reserves the right to reverse any deposit where the source account name does not match the registered Account name and to suspend the Account pending investigation.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be returned exclusively to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless otherwise approved by oyo4d's finance team following a formal written request. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect the security of User funds.
• Withdrawal Limits: Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily withdrawal caps apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard. These limits may be reviewed and adjusted upward for verified, long-standing Account holders upon written request to [email protected].
• Pending Wagers: Withdrawals cannot be processed while funds are locked in pending wagers. The withdrawal amount is limited to the available Balance net of any pending bet stakes.

oyo4d offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BRI Liga 1 matchdays, the Champions League knockout rounds, and Indonesian cultural celebrations including Idul Fitri and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific conditions published on the platform.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x, 15x) will be stated clearly on the relevant promotion page at the time of claiming.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager staked; live casino games, sportsbook bets, and togel may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion. Always check the promotion-specific contribution table before wagering Bonus Funds.
• Bonus Expiry: All Bonus Funds and any associated wagering progress expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the timeframe stated on the promotion (typically 7 to 30 calendar days from the date of credit). Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically with no right of reinstatement.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. Claiming a new bonus while a previous one is active may result in the earlier bonus being voided.
• Abuse and Fraud: oyo4d actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated wagering strategies designed to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements, or coordinating with other users to exploit bonus structures. Where abuse is detected, oyo4d reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, reverse associated winnings, and permanently close the Account.
• Right to Withdraw: oyo4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a User's Account at the time of withdrawal remains subject to the terms under which it was originally offered.

The following general betting rules apply across all oyo4d products. Product-specific rules for the sportsbook, live casino, togel, Domino QQ, and slot games are published in the Help section of your Account and form part of this Agreement.

• Acceptance of Bets: A wager is not accepted until oyo4d's system confirms it with a unique reference number and the stake is deducted from your Balance. In the event of a technical error that prevents confirmation, the bet is considered void and the stake is returned in full.
• Odds and Prices: All odds displayed on the oyo4d sportsbook are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds that apply to your wager are those confirmed at the time of acceptance, as recorded in your bet history. oyo4d is not obligated to honour odds quoted in error due to system malfunction or manifest pricing mistakes.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all individual selections to be correct for the bet to win. If one or more selections in a parlay are voided (e.g., due to match abandonment), the parlay is recalculated using the remaining valid selections. Minimum odds per selection for mix parlay eligibility are stated on the sportsbook.
• Live Betting: In-play wagers are accepted at oyo4d's discretion. During periods of high volume (e.g., BRI Liga 1 derbies, Champions League finals) market availability may be temporarily restricted. All live bets are subject to a brief system acceptance delay; wagers placed during this window may be accepted or rejected at the prevailing odds.
• Void Bets: A bet will be declared void and the stake returned if: a match is abandoned before completion; the event cannot be verified; a technical error prevents accurate settlement; or oyo4d determines that the bet was placed using information unavailable to the general public (i.e., insider information).
• Settlement: Bets are settled using official results from the governing body of each sport or lottery. For sportsbook events, this is typically the result at the end of regular time unless stated otherwise (e.g., outright winner markets include extra time). For togel, the official draw result of the relevant numbers provider governs settlement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the oyo4d platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one Account on the oyo4d platform for any reason, including to circumvent Account restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or evade a self-exclusion period.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Using the platform while under 21 years of age, or assisting any person under 21 years of age to access or use the platform.
• Employing any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place wagers, navigate the platform, or exploit any game or bonus mechanism.
• Exploiting any software error, glitch, or pricing mistake on the platform for financial gain. Winnings derived from such exploitation are voidable at oyo4d's sole discretion.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or assisting any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime through the oyo4d platform.
• Colluding with other users, platform employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional competition offered on oyo4d.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or depositing funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Threatening, abusing, harassing, or using offensive language toward any oyo4d support agent, other platform user, or oyo4d staff member via any communication channel.

oyo4d is committed to providing a safe, controlled, and responsible gaming environment for all users. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment — it should never be viewed as a source of income, a means of recovering financial losses, or an escape from personal difficulties.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Once set, a reduction in limits takes effect immediately; an increase is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before it becomes active.
• Session Time Reminders: oyo4d provides configurable session duration alerts that notify you when you have been active on the platform for a defined period. We encourage all users to enable these reminders as a standard account feature.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanent exclusion by contacting support at [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be suspended and you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place wagers. oyo4d will take reasonable technical steps to prevent re-registration during this period.
• Reality Checks: Users may enable on-screen reality-check pop-ups that display session duration and net win/loss figures at regular intervals of their choosing.
• Support: If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your finances, relationships, or mental health, please contact oyo4d support immediately for guidance on available tools. You are also encouraged to seek independent professional support from a qualified counsellor or addiction specialist.

All content on the oyo4d platform — including but not limited to the oyo4d brand name, logo, website design, software architecture, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, audio, and video — constitutes the Intellectual Property of oyo4d or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft).

• You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any oyo4d Intellectual Property without prior written authorisation from oyo4d.
• Your registered Account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not constitute a transfer of ownership of any Intellectual Property.
• Any unauthorised use of oyo4d's Intellectual Property may result in Account termination and, where appropriate, civil or criminal proceedings.

oyo4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available in full at oyo4d.asia/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• oyo4d employs 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the platform servers. Stored personal data is encrypted at rest using industry-standard cryptographic protocols.
• Personal data collected during KYC verification — including copies of your KTP, passport, or utility bills — is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil legal and regulatory obligations and is never sold to third parties for commercial purposes.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by oyo4d, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records. Submit such requests to [email protected].

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oyo4d's liability to you under or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — is limited as follows:

• No Consequential Loss: oyo4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or loss of anticipated savings.
• Platform Availability: oyo4d does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party connectivity failures, or force majeure events may temporarily affect platform availability. oyo4d will not be liable for any losses attributable to such unavailability.
• Third-Party Content: Games and content provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, etc.) are subject to those providers' own technical and operational standards. oyo4d facilitates access to such content but bears no liability for malfunctions, errors, or interruptions originating within third-party game software.
• Aggregate Cap: Where liability cannot be fully excluded, oyo4d's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• User Responsibility: You assume full responsibility for any losses incurred through wagers placed on the platform. Gambling involves financial risk; oyo4d cannot be held responsible for the outcome of any bet, game result, or draw.

oyo4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, oyo4d will take reasonable steps to notify registered Users — typically by displaying a prominent notice on the platform homepage or by sending a notification to your registered email address.

• The updated Agreement will take effect from the date displayed in the "Effective Date" field at the top of this page. Continued use of the oyo4d platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
• If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to request Account closure and withdrawal of your remaining Balance prior to the effective date of the change.
• oyo4d recommends that you review this Agreement periodically. The current version will always be accessible at oyo4d.asia/terms-conditions.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming regulation and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which oyo4d is licensed and regulated.

• Jurisdiction: By accessing oyo4d from within Indonesia or any other territory, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and at your own risk, and that oyo4d makes no representation that the platform or its content complies with the local laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform is lawful in your location.
• Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between you and oyo4d arising under this Agreement, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through oyo4d's internal complaints process by submitting a written complaint to [email protected]. oyo4d undertakes to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours (WIB) and to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
• Escalation: If the internal complaints process fails to produce a satisfactory resolution, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as designated by oyo4d from time to time. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator directs otherwise.
• Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
• Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific rules published on oyo4d.asia, constitutes the entire agreement between you and oyo4d with respect to your use of the platform and supersedes all prior understandings, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral.
